Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel a monthly contribution?

Let the office know by WhatsApp at +55 (32) 99165-4029 or by email at contato@aapisj.com.br. The cancellation takes effect 30 days after you notify us.

Is the association registered with the Social Assistance Council?

Yes. AAPI-SJ is registered with the Municipal Social Assistance Council of Juiz de Fora (CMAS/JF no. 185), holds the title of Municipal Public Utility (Municipal Law no. 15,240/2025), and its Solidarity Kitchen (Cozinha Solidária) is accredited by the Brazilian Federal Government. The documents are on our Transparency page.

How can I follow the progress of the children I help?

Through our Solidarity Newsletter (Boletim da Solidariedade, in Portuguese): just sign up with your email below to receive news and the results of our work.
